Three steps, and you never break your routine.
Drop your bag on the way into the gym, get on with your week, and collect it clean at reception, without laundry ever crossing your mind.
Step 1
Drop & pay at the kiosk
Bag your laundry before you train. At the Tumble kiosk beside reception, choose your service, let the kiosk weigh your bag, and pay on the screen. Then drop the bag into the bin next to the unit.
Every bag is tagged as it goes in, so your order is tracked from that moment. No sign-up, no app to download.
Step 2
We collect and clean
The bin is emptied every day at 7pm. Your bag goes to our cleaning partner, where the services you selected are carried out, washed, dried, ironed or dry-cleaned.
Anything that needs separating is handled by hand. If something can’t be cleaned safely, we’ll contact you first.
Step 3
Collect from reception
As soon as your bag is back at the gym you’ll get an SMS and an email. Pick it up from reception next time you’re in, clean, folded and tagged with your order number.
Bags are held at reception for 14 days. Can’t make it in? Reply to the message and we’ll sort it.
